Is okay to drink flavor water (clear fruit) in place of regular water and consider that a healthy intake?
I’ve been trying to maintain a healthy diet, trying to develop more healthy eating habits like consuming the required intake of water. But the problem is that I can’t just drink regular, non-tasting water. I am addicted to caffiene and the main choice of receiving my caffiene intake is pop. I would drink pop sun up to sun down. So now I am trying to drink water, but only this flavored water that contains sugar (29 grams to be exact) could you still consider this unhealthy or healthy?
What are some flavor waters that does not contain sugar?
Nothing can take the place of water but water.
Try the following tips:
Keep a bottle of water on your night stand/by your bed.
Keep a bottle of water in the car.
Keep a bottle of water on your desk at work.
Keep a bottle of water by your computer/coffee table (if you watch a lot of TV) at home.
Drink 4 ounces of water before every meal (and work your way up).
A bottle = 8 – 16 ounces.
